S.J. Grand China is licensed for corporate and individual training. Our TRAININGS are designed according to specific China-related needs and requests. In China, many companies face issues in communicating and train staff due to cultural differences and barriers. We aim at reaching results together with your team, reducing lower levels’ potential skills gap and teaching upper levels how to manage change.
Also, we focus on decreasing costs in your Chinese company through courses on working capital optimization, HR management, China tax and accounting, China fraud and risk management. Stay competitive in China, follow S.J. Grands training programs.
Our pieces of training about China are divided into:
- Corporate Training;
- Academic Training.
S.J. Grand’s China-specific corporate training can be structured into groups or one-to-one training depending on the client’s needs. We suggest taking one-to-one training as it is tailored on the client company’s characteristics.
The subjects that our team of advisors propose in the Chinese market range from China HR regulations, China tax regulations, China fraud prevention, China working capital optimization, China risk management, etc.
Lessons can last 3-4 days at the client’s factory or office. As dealing with Chinese staff can be stressful for expats without experience in the market, we normally include a consequent monitoring activity up to 6 months to verify the staff understanding. S.J. Grand team aims at letting you reach tangible results with your Chinese investment.
Corporate trainings in China represent a powerful tool to reach competitive edge.
Academic pieces of training are held in universities and target students with little or no experience about the Chinese market (beginners). The main topic is doing business in China. Generally, these training are organized in 13 sessions, which include 5 classes on Chinese culture fundamentals and 8 business cases. Culture classes explain how the Chinese culture impacts an enterprise when doing business in the country and how to deal with it. Business cases aim to give practical and intellectual tools to students.
