The accountant plays a key role in a company life. 
The successful candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines, think critically, and be responsible.
He/she will respond directly to the Managing Director.

Required Qualification:

  • More than 3-year work experience within Accounting/Finance and Audit, financial control experience will be a plus;
  • Native English/other foreign language speaker; proficiency in English (written and oral) is a must;
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
  • Meticulous with excellent attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in business intelligence software is a plus (otherwise, training will be provided);
  • Able to communicate on technical issues with non-technical international clients;
  • Good social and presentation skills, proactive team player able to bring ideas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Re-develop work processes for routine activities to increase efficiency and quality;
  • Assist in the development of a new activity: finance control for SMEs;
  • Create a service offer for finance controlling with the management;
  • Make/validate quotations together with the managers/seniors;
  • Participate in sales forecast for budget and expansion planning;
  • Review planning & time/expenses budget and quotation for the mission;
  • Monitor the time budget with timesheets software and alert clients of potential overruns; Control of productivity against client contracts;
  • Check accurate and timely billing and payment with FTA’s accountant;
  • Review/control operation staff expense claim and overtime requests;
  • Any additional tasks that may improve efficiency and profitability.
