The HR Specialist plays a key role in a company life. 
The successful candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines, think critically, and be responsible.
The HR Specialist will lead routine functions related to HR including administering payroll, recruiting and interviewing staff, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Main Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibility:

  1. Responsible for the daily administrative affairs of the office (including onboarding processes for new staff)
  2. Responsible for payroll work including social security calculations, benefits, leaves, and other employee related concerns
  3. Optimize the company’s recruitment process and system
  4. Responsible for enforcing company policies or practices and organizing activities

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. College degree or above, HR management experience is preferred
  2. Good command of the Chinese employment laws and regulations
  3. Good level of English: ability to communicate clearly (both oral and written)
  4. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite or related software
  6. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills
